I had the pleasure of dealing with a MedePOD doctor for three matters, one of which was a rather delicate situation for me personally. He was empathetic, compassionate, yet clear and firm in his advice and why he guided towards certain action. After being sceptical about MedePOD's efficacy, I am now a full convert. Excellent service.

Fantastic efficient and thorough experience. I knew what I needed and after questioning by the doctor she agreed and my prescription emailed to my chemist for collection 30 mins later. I would probably have had to wait until Wednesday at earliest for appointment with my own doctor- now I will be better by then. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

First time using VideoDoc...I hate going to doctors ! I would not hesitate to use this service again. The doctor was such a pleasant, friendly, professional gentleman and put me at ease straight away. My prescription was sent immediately to my local pharmacy and it was there waiting for me to collect within the hour ! Stress free wonderful service. What a dream service! No more waiting in congested waiting rooms or trying to grab an available appointment at the doctor surgery. This is a fast, professional and easy service. My daughter had a sports injury and from the first contact with MedePOD to getting a X-ray with a referral letter was all done within 60 minutes!

Great facility and it felt no different to being physically at a doctors surgery. In this case I didn’t have to wait.
Received good advice and a treatment plan which is working.
